What is Human Design?

The Human Design System is an amalgamation of ancient and contemporary scientific discoveries. It provides insights on how to understand ourselves. With Human Design, you can find out what makes you different from anyone else. You can learn about yourself, such as your psychology, and how to make sound decisions and lead a fulfilling life.

It does not rely on believing or trusting in something but instead permits you to test it out for yourself. This information is about embodiment, integration and above all else – experimentation.

One may notice changes in their perspective after beginning the process of self-discovery. With time, this could lead them to discover what will bring them joy and contentment. Everybody has a Signature – peace, satisfaction, success, or surprise – which comes about when one lives as if they were true to themselves, no matter who they are.

There will always be some form of negativity lingering around someone’s day-to-day life; even still, once one becomes aware of these thoughts for what they truly are – nothing more than an obstacle preventing them from being fulfilled – those feelings will dissipate quickly.

History Of Human Design!

Human Design is an approach to understanding your personality, talents, and natural inclinations. The notion encompasses many different systems–Eastern and Western astrology, I-Ching from Taoism and Confucianism, the chakra system in yogic traditions (hatha yoga), kabbalah from Jewish mysticism, and even quantum physics which explores how things happen at atomic levels.

In the Human Design chart, planets sit inside gates as opposed to houses like in Astrology. Sixty-four gates each contain 6 lines corresponding to one of six different energies that make up one’s life design; every line has a significant meaning.

Understanding your Human Design as an entrepreneur will allow you to live according to the purpose for which you were created without doing things in opposition to your strengths or copying somebody else who does things differently.

As you follow your Human Design, the vibration of your energy field will change. You will start to feel all sorts of good things happening; many of the obstacles you experienced prior to this new way would slowly disappear while others would take their place but would align perfectly with who you are and what you are capable of.

How Does the Human Design System Work?

One must first understand its foundational principle to comprehend how the system operates. A basic principle of Human Design is rooted in what science knows as the Neutrino.

These particles are so tiny that they are nearly weightless, yet they emit vital information. Roughly three trillion neutrinos go through every square inch of Earth per second, most coming from our sun and less than 30% from other stars in our galaxy or Jupiter.

In 2015, two physicists, Takaaki Kajita (Super-Kamiokande Collaboration) and Arthur B. McDonald (Sudbury Neutrino Observatory Collaboration) were awarded a Nobel Prize for their discovery of neutrino oscillations. This showed that neutrinos have mass – information which was first brought to light by Ra Uru Hu in 1991 when he published his findings on the human design system theory.

Because neutrinos have such a minuscule mass, they can pass through objects without leaving an impression. Instead, this traceable particle transmits valuable information about our surroundings- for every atom has its Neutrino that transmits these messages to one another.

When we are born, the planet’s information (a representation of Earth’s environmental conditions) is imprinted onto us as well- which reflects on your Human Design Chart and tells you all you need to know about yourself- what you are capable of achieving or how others will interact with you.

How can human design help you?

Human Design is a system that can help you better understand how your body and mind work best and how to harmonize with others to advance through life.

The rewards from living out your true self are worth the time spent researching who you are and what drives you. The insights found through studying your chart offer a new perspective about yourself and how you interact with those around you.

You will also see firsthand how to avoid being victimized by society and conditioned thoughts to find inner peace, which can be achieved when you take control of your own life.

It has been shown repeatedly that aligning yourself with your needs will result in nothing but positivity. Lessening the stress levels, one can learn how to live the best life possible – no matter what their age.

What is Astrology?

Astrology studies how one’s personality, romantic relationships, and economic fortune are affected by their date of birth.

What makes astrology different from other forms of divination is that it deals with measurements taken in accordance with Earth’s location relative to the Sun, Moon, and Stars.

What many people know about astrology is their sun sign, which refers to one of the 12 constellations of the zodiac. However, this type of sun-sign astrology relies on only the day somebody was born, thus producing newspaper horoscopes with limited results. Astrologers will say that this form of astrology lacks complexity and accuracy.

How Does Astrology Work?

Scientists argue that astrology is not yet proven and say it should be considered an astronomical study since it studies the position of stars and planets.

Astronomy uses mathematics, physics, and chemistry to study the origin and evolution of objects in the universe, including the moon, sun, and planets.

Still, others argue that astrology is one of many natural sciences because it has observations and predictions of events in the sky that influence humans and nature.

Astrologists believe all predictions are based solely on the universe, but many people disagree and say that only time will tell. Regardless of your side, checking out what the stars supposedly have in store for you can be a lot of fun.

What does Natal Astrology Chart Talk About You?

What many people know about astrology is their sign, which refers to one of the 12 constellations of the zodiac.

This type of sun-sign astrology relies on only the day somebody was born, thus producing newspaper horoscopes with limited results. Astrologers will say that this form of astrology lacks complexity and accuracy.

If you are asked what your sign is, many people would say one of the 12 Zodiac Signs. However, this is just scratching the surface of what makes up an individual’s astrological story, which consists of many intricate details such as date and location.

This means that even two people born on the same exact month, day, and year but at various times and locations will have their own unique charts.

All the celestial bodies move at different rates through the signs. For instance, the moon moves roughly every 2-3 days.

Depending on its retrograde phases, Mercury can spend anywhere from 15-60 days (about 2 months) in a sign plus, and it is possible that you were born on a day when the sun – or any of the planets – moved from one sign to another.

But if you know the exact time and location of where you were born, it may be possible to recreate what the sky looked like on that very day.

(That’s why I always ask for my date of birth or my potential partner to tell me theirs – so I can see just how compatible we are.)

And then, using tools such as software programs designed specifically for this purpose, it may be possible to graph your natal chart, which will show both the positions of all celestial bodies at the moment of your birth and information about other factors such as houses and aspects.

Major Difference Between Your Human Design Chart and Astrology Natal Birth Chart

One person’s astrological birth chart and another person’s Human Design chart are both made up of the placement of their planets at the moment of their births. Now we know what exactly astrology and human design are, let us discuss the differences below:

Astrology uses a wheel house natal chart, while human design uses a body graph chart.

Human Design is more mechanical in that it teaches us how to go about life – our strengths, our potential weaknesses, and much more. Our favourite working styles are the best ways to connect with others, even how to run a business, so you feel fulfilled and seen.

A great idea for personal exploration is learning about one’s personality type and its meaning. Learning Astrology can shed light on a person’s past, present, and future outlooks on life.

Unlike Astrology, Human Design also integrates an additional set of planetary positions taken three months (88 degrees in the wheel) before your time of birth. This represents the unconscious frequencies that the physical body carries in this incarnation.

In astrology, planets occupy different positions in houses. These positions are called houses. There are twelve of these houses per astrological chart. Each house has its meaning depending on the planet (also known as a star), which occupies it, and what sign it is from where you were born.

While in the Human Design chart, planets sit inside gates instead of houses.

There are 64 gates in human design, and every gate has its special meaning. This gives a person many more avenues for expression than if they were limited to just 12 sectors (houses). Each gate also contains six lines, each of which has its unique expression.

Your Human Design takes place when one planet resides in one of these gates, giving it a specific line. This creates an enormous number of possibilities for the interpretation and expression one can have.

Human Design does not provide aspects the way an astrological chart does, but its placement determines your Unique Design. This information highlights your specific energy type, strategy and inner authority.

You are one of five different energy types:

  • Manifestor
  • Generator
  • Manifesting Generator
  • Reflector
  • Projector

Depending on your energy type, your strategy will coincide with this information.

And another valuable piece to uncover to begin your personal experiment is your authority. This will tell you what your unique decision making is and where in your body your intuition is most reliable.

Conclusion!

Although there is a difference between your human design and astrology – you should know both because the two systems compliment each other.

  • Astrology tells us the whole picture of our life
  • Human Design provides deep insight into your aligned operating mechanics. This is how you are designed to interact with others and life

Drawing from these two sources, you can begin to embark on your own energetic experimentation experience. This is a personal experience that takes time. But with time you will bring about a true alignment with who you are at the core.
