It is the flowers in the garden? 💚Intentionally reach for things you can touch. 🫶🏻👐🏻 the soft petals of a flower, the tickle of the grass beneath your feet, or when in doubt - give yourself a hug! Love starts with SELF 😻 💚Connect to the things you can hear. Are there birds singing their song? Is it your child’s laughter? Is it a good meditation or calming soundtrack. Be here. Be all here. Listen to the gifts of vibration 〰️⚡️ 💚Take a deep inhale through your nose… What do you smell? Is it fresh cut grass? A bonfire near by? Or the fresh scent of nature… 💚Lastly, is there one thing you can taste. Can you sip a herbal tea while you’re taking this moment in? Or at the very least - open your mouth, breathe in through your mouth and accept the Medicine of the moment. 💚Activate the senses💚Now, stretch. Connect to your body, while standing strong and tall.
