Explorations in Art, Spirit & Life

Welcome

These are my field notes — observations gathered from the landscapes of life and work. This is where art, soul, and lived experience intersect.
You’ll find poetry, imagery, reflections on energy and spirit, and the quiet documentation of a life being shaped with care. Read slowly. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
This space is for the curious, the contemplative, and the creatively alive. — Jess

When you zoom out, you realize most of the things When you zoom out, you realize most of the things stealing your peace don’t actually matter. The opinions. The drama. The fear. The need to fit into spaces you’ve already outgrown.

The world is far bigger than the box you’ve been living in.

It is your playground to explore, create, wander, learn, evolve, and become.

If a place, relationship, job, or version of yourself feels too small, move. You 👏🏻are 👏🏻not 👏🏻a 👏🏻tree👏🏻

You are not bound by your circumstances. You are not trapped by your past. You are not limited by anything except the limitations you’ve accepted as truth.

Your life expands the moment you remember you have choices.

Take your power back.

💖Choose the road that excites you.
💖Choose the dream that scares you.
💖Choose yourself.

The horizon was never meant to be a wall—it was always an invitation.
A spiritual woman doesn’t just seek peace—she insi A spiritual woman doesn’t just seek peace—she insists on integrity so fully that anything misaligned eventually naturally falls away, no explanation needed. 🤍🌌🤟🏻
I’m not religious, I’m spiritual — and for me, tha I’m not religious, I’m spiritual — and for me, that simply means I experience life through feeling, meaning, connection, creativity, intuition, and presence.

I believe there is something deeper moving through all of this.
Through art.
Through music.
Through grief.
Through beauty.
Through food shared around a table.
Through the way sunlight hits the kitchen floor at 7am.
Through conversations that crack you open.
Through photographs that make you feel something you can’t fully explain.

I don’t connect deeply to rigid rules or the idea that one single path fits every soul. I connect to experience. To reflection. To the unseen thread that seems to weave through all living things.

My spirituality lives in:

* creating,
* noticing,
* healing,
* feeling,
* loving deeply,
* romanticizing ordinary moments,
* trusting intuition,
* and learning how to fully inhabit my own life.

So if you come across my page and feel emotion here — that’s intentional.
Not to overwhelm you.
But to remind you that you are alive.

This space is not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
About depth.
About beauty.
About becoming.
About finding meaning in the middle of being human.

…
I want to know — where do you feel spirituality the most in your own life? In nature? Music? Prayer? Creativity? Love? Silence? 🤍🤟🏻Tell me below. ⬇️
Life is always unfolding, always moving, always as Life is always unfolding, always moving, always asking something of us. There is no standing still for the soul — only seasons of expansion, contraction, breaking, remembering, grieving, loving, losing, becoming. And maybe that’s the point of all of this… not perfection, not arrival, but evolution. We repeat what we have not yet learned, we revisit wounds until wisdom is born from them, and every chapter — no matter how beautiful or painful — leaves its fingerprint on who we are becoming. Sometimes I wonder… if we could see our lives from above, would we view the hard seasons differently? Would we realize that even the moments that bent us were also forging us? That every ending shaped the next beginning? Maybe life is less about controlling the unfolding and more about allowing it to transform us. So who are you becoming through the chapters you’re living right now? And what if even this moment — exactly as it is — is shaping you for something greater still?
