There comes a moment when you realize that betrayi There comes a moment when you realize that betraying yourself to keep the peace is still a betrayal. That being liked is not the same as being free. That shrinking yourself does not make you noble — it makes you invisible. Choosing wholeness asks something brave of you. It asks you to say no when you’ve been conditioned to say yes.
