There comes a moment when you realize that betrayi There comes a moment when you realize that betraying yourself to keep the peace is still a betrayal. That being liked is not the same as being free. That shrinking yourself does not make you noble — it makes you invisible. Choosing wholeness asks something brave of you. It asks you to say no when you’ve been conditioned to say yes. To hold your boundaries steady while the room adjusts. To trust that the people meant to walk with you will rise to meet your truth, not resent it.
