I know you’ve carried a lot today — while stil

I know you’ve carried a lot today — while still trying to hear your own heart.

But before you close the day, I want you to remember this:

Every pause you take to feel, every tear you let fall, every quiet moment where you wonder “what’s next?” — it’s all part of your realignment. You are not broken. You’re just remembering.

You are allowed to want more ease. You are allowed to crave depth. You are allowed to rewrite the way you move through the world.

Your path isn’t about forcing or figuring it all out. It’s about learning the rhythm of your own energy — and letting that be enough.

So exhale.
Place your hand over your heart.
Whisper to yourself: I am still becoming the woman my soul already knows I am.

You don’t need to chase her — she’s not somewhere out there. She’s right here, underneath the noise, waiting for you to slow down long enough to hear her voice again.

And tonight, maybe that’s all you need to do — listen.

Because the woman you’re becoming?
She’s not built through hustle or perfection.

I’ve been there — the slow suffocation of beauty under the weight of “should.”
